Official Subnautica Mobile Releasing This 8th July

I can’t wait for Subnautica on mobile because it’s one of the best survival games ever! The original game came out in 2018 for PC and consoles, and it’s super popular—Wikipedia says it sold over 5 million copies by 2020. Now, in 2025, I’ll be able to take this underwater world with me wherever I go. I love how Subnautica lets you explore a big ocean with colorful fish, scary monsters like Reaper Leviathans, and cool places like coral reefs and dark trenches. The mobile version has touch controls that make it easy to play on your phone, and I heard from egw.news that it also works with controllers if you want. I’m also excited because it’s the full game, with all the crafting, base-building, and story from the PC version. For kids in the USA, this is a perfect way to try Subnautica without a big gaming setup!

What Features Will Subnautica Mobile Have?

I found out that Subnautica Mobile is packed with amazing features that make it so much fun! You’ll explore a giant underwater world with places like sunny reefs, deep caves, and glowing rivers. I love collecting things like fish and rocks to craft tools, like oxygen tanks to breathe longer underwater. You can also build your own underwater base—I always make mine with big windows to watch the fish! There’s a story where you try to escape the planet by finding clues and fixing things, which keeps the game exciting. I read on notebookcheck.net that the game is optimized for mobile, so it runs smoothly, and the controls are made for touchscreens. You’ll meet creatures like cute fish that help you and scary ones like Crabsquids that you have to hide from.

Is Subnautica Mobile Safe to Get?

I always make sure a game is safe before I download it, and I’m happy to say Subnautica Mobile is totally safe! It’s an official release by Playdigious, and you can get it from the Google Play Store for Android or the Apple App Store for iOS. I saw on the Subnautica X page that you can pre-register now, which means it’s coming straight from the developers—no shady downloads needed. Since it’s a paid game, there won’t be any weird ads or extra purchases to worry about, which I like. I also read on gamingonphone.com that it works offline after you download it, so it won’t use your data while you play. The game has been tested to work well on phones, so it won’t mess up your device.

Pre-Register for Subnautica Mobile Now

Since Subnautica Mobile isn’t out yet it launches on July 8, 2025 I decided to pre-register so I can play as soon as it’s ready. I found out from the Subnautica X account that you can pre-register on the Google Play Store for Android or pre-order on the Apple App Store for iOS. I opened the Play Store on my Android phone and searched for “Subnautica.” It showed up with a “Pre-register” button, so I clicked it, and now I’ll get a notification when the game comes out. If you have an iPhone, you can go to the App Store and click “Pre-order”—it’s that easy! It took me just a minute to do this, and I’m already set to get the game at the launch price of $8.99, thanks to the 10% discount. I also made sure my phone has enough space since the game might need around 2-3 GB. Pre-registering is a great way to be ready for this underwater adventure!

Summary

I’m counting down the days until the official Subnautica game releases on mobile this 8th July 2025! It’s going to be so cool to explore the underwater world of Planet 4546B on my phone, building bases and meeting alien fish. By pre-registering now, I’ll be ready to jump in as soon as it launches.
